Website Accuracy

At SECOMAT AUSTRALIA, we strive to provide you with correct and current information regarding our products, however due to the rapidly changing nature of the mobile phone industry we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied especially with mobile handset specifications and in box contents which may change without notice to us. SECOMAT AUSTRALIA  PTY LTD reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from our suppliers, or from an unauthorised user altering the content of our website, SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.
 

Product Availability

All items displayed on our website are subject to availability and whilst we attempt to ensure each item on our website is available, there may be some items that may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors.
 
If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 3 working days of your order being placed. We will advise you of the likely delay and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date. We will endeavour to update our website of any items that may be out of stock for an extended period of time.
 

Payment

On our website we accept payment for transactions via PayPal (Mastercard, Visa and American Express).
 
Please note we DO NOT accept personal cheques as a payment method.
 

Shipping and Delivery

We send all our parcels Australia wide via reputable freight companies. Please note that all parcels must be signed for to receive goods. Should you not be available to sign for these items then the courier will leave a card providing details of further delivery instructions. If you are unsure if you will be available for receipt of an item at time of delivery it is recommended that you have your order delivered to your workplace for example to enable your goods to be received promptly.
 
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your delivery and courier’s details to track and trace your order.
 
Items without insurance will not be covered in the event of loss or damage in transit. We highly recommend you choose insurance coverage for order over $100 or more at checkout.
 
All shipping fees listed are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
 
All delivery times are given as a guide only and are in no way guaranteed by SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
 
Any failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the buyer or unavailability of the receiver will incur a $25.00 re-delivery fee.
 
Once a parcel is accepted and signed for, it will be deemed to be delivered and will no longer be available to be claimed under transit insurance.
 
If a parcel is damaged in transit, the receiver must reject the delivery and advise SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and the shipping carrier immediately.
 
If a parcel is lost in transit, the buyer must open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
 
SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will only arrange replacement of the order once the investigation has been completed and providing the buyer selected transit insurance at the time of the initial purchase.
 
SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
 

Warranty

All products sold by SECOMAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD are covered by Australian warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any physical or liquid damages. You can check our Warranty Info page for more details.
 
We can also assist you with any warranty inquiries. Should you wish us to forward the handset on your behalf to the relevant Manufacturer or its Repair Centre, please see our Return Policy page for more details.
 

Return and Refund

If you receive a faulty product or the product you purchased has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund upon your request provided that:
  • The faulty item is returned within 30 days of the time of receipt of goods
  • You have receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must return the product with all original accessories and packaging
  • A case or RMA number from the manufacturer (if applicable)
  • DOA - Please contact us within 1 business day of receiving the item so we can arrange for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement. All of the contents and accessories should be returned to us in its original packaging.
  • Damaged in Transit - Please contact our customer service immediately (same day) upon receiving the item to return it for a replacement, providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item (submit photo via email: orders@secomat.com.au). We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible. 
  • A completed Return Form
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
  • Items are returned within 14 days of the time of receipt of goods
  • You have receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging (submit unopened box with image maybe required in some circumstances, via email: orders@secomat.com.au)
  • A completed Return Form

Digital products like recharge code cannot be returned once issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
 
We reserve our right to refuse a return and refund on item found to be in un-resalable condition and or with missing parts or packaging. We will charge restocking fee if product packaging has been opened and no longer considered to be in brand new condition, up to 25% of the purchase price and or a minimum of $15 whichever deemed applicable.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
 
If a refund is approved, then the payment will be processed strictly via the method that the item was paid. Refunds will usually be processed within 2-3 business days.
 
If a Free Shipping promotion or discount applied to the original order, then a nominal $15 shipping fee will apply, shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
From 6 May 2019, a 3% processing fee will be charged on the total refund amount if the buyer changes mind and the order is paid via PayPal.

Disclaimer and liability

In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense including legal costs and expenses (whether direct or indirect) incurred by you in connection with the use of this website.
